The Paralegal Studies Program offers two degrees: (1) The Paralegal Certificate, or (2) The Associates of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Paralegal Studies. IMPORTANT NOTE: For ALL PARA classes (excluding PARA 1101), enrollment priority is given to Paralegal Certificate and Paralegal A.A.S. majors. If space is available in PARA classes during Drop/Add, a non-paralegal major may enroll in a PARA class, so long as the student (a) has completed the required prerequisites, and (b) has cleared it with the Coordinator of the Paralegal Program.
